The first production stage
The chassis is received, the electromechanical components are removed and disabled, and the chassis is levelled.
This is followed by the pre-fabrication work, jigs, welding and assembly of components.
Once everything is prepared, the bus structure is formed, including the treatment of the materials used, such as insulating the inside of the structure's tubing with Dinitrol®.

This is where the genesis of the complex process of building a bus has its starting point.
